3600w Solar Generator For Jobsite

Product Description

Power on a construction site is usually a compromise: a cable reel that never reaches, a diesel set nobody wants to listen to, or a shutdown while the temporary supply is moved. The SOUOP W3 3600W Jobsite Power Station removes that compromise. A 3072Wh LiFePO4 battery sits inside a sealed steel cabinet on lockable casters, feeding a 3600W pure sine wave inverter with 7000W of peak headroom at 120V, so crews wheel power to the work face and plug in.

What a shift on site actually draws

Through a shift the unit carries what a site actually draws. Angle grinders, core drills, rotary hammers and reciprocating saws all pull a surge on start-up, and the 7000W peak absorbs it without tripping the output, which means a tool starts on the first trigger pull instead of the third. Floodlights, work lights and radios run from the same cabinet through the evening, and the 3600W continuous rating keeps a mixed load of tools and lighting stable rather than sagging as each tool is added.

The cabinet itself is built for the environment it lives in. Panels are sealed, the port bank is recessed behind a flap, and the chassis rides on casters that lock once the unit is positioned, so concrete dust, mud and light rain do not stop the day. At 68.3kg it still moves as a two-person lift or a single person on level ground, and the footprint passes through a standard 900mm door frame, which matters when the supply has to follow the trades from the ground floor to the third.

Built for dust, mud and rough ground

Refuelling is replaced by recharging. A standard site supply at up to 1800W brings the pack back overnight, and up to 2100W of MPPT solar input across an 18V to 140V window keeps it topped up on remote sites where no mains exists. Between those two options a crew rarely needs to take the unit off the job, and the Anderson 12V/30A, USB-C and USB-A 18W outputs mean battery chargers, radios, tablets and cameras draw from the same pack rather than a separate power bank.

Factory and quality assurance

SOUOP has manufactured portable energy storage in Shenzhen since 2008, with assembly, ageing test and final inspection in one plant. Between 101 and 500 staff cover production and quality assurance, and 80% to 90% of annual output ships to Europe and North America.

Every unit is load tested before packing, and LiFePO4 packs are transport tested to UN38.3. Company certificates cover ISO 9001, BSCI, FCC and RoHS, and fleet buyers receive matched serial numbers, spare parts and a two-year warranty.

Housing colour, logo, packaging and label sets are produced to order, so a contractor's own branding can ship on the first batch. Tell us the duty cycle and the destination and we will quote factory direct.
