Product Description

Most portable power ends its day when it starts to rain. The SOUOP W3 3600W Waterproof Power Station is built to keep working in the conditions that stop other units: a sealed industrial enclosure protects a 3072Wh LiFePO4 battery and a 3600W pure sine wave inverter, and the recharge path is sized so the pack is back to full in the shortest window the site allows.

Rain is part of the working day

The enclosure is the difference. Panels, seams and the port bank are gasketed, with the ports set behind a covered flap so water running off a tarp or driven sideways by wind does not reach the cells or the inverter. The chassis sits on a raised base above standing water and rides on lockable casters, so the unit can be left outside overnight at a dock, a yard or an outdoor build instead of being hauled under cover at the end of every shift.

Charging is treated as a scheduling problem rather than an overnight wait. From a standard supply the 1800W AC input brings the 3072Wh pack back to full in roughly two hours, which fits a lunch break or a shift change, and up to 2100W of MPPT solar input across an 18V to 140V window lets a foldable array charge the unit while it is supplying the load rather than after it. A 12V vehicle connection covers transport days when neither mains nor panel is available.

Solar in, power out, rain or shine

Outputs stay live throughout: AC sockets, Anderson 12V/30A, USB-C and USB-A 18W continue to run tools, lighting, comms and cameras while the pack recharges, so the work does not stop for a charge cycle. The unit is rated for operation from -10C to 45C, which covers cold storage yards as well as summer docksides, and the LiFePO4 cells are rated for more than 3500 cycles to 80% capacity.

Factory and quality assurance

SOUOP has manufactured portable energy storage in Shenzhen since 2008, with assembly, ageing test and final inspection in one plant. Between 101 and 500 staff cover production and quality assurance, and 80% to 90% of output ships to Europe and North America.

Water-resistant units are sealed and inspected before packing, and LiFePO4 packs are transport tested to UN38.3. Company certificates cover ISO 9001, BSCI, FCC and RoHS, with a two-year warranty and spare parts for rental fleets.

Housing colour, logo and packaging are produced to order, and marine and outdoor contractors can specify the port set and label language. Tell us the duty cycle and the climate your site runs in and we will quote factory direct.
