Product Description

A converted van rarely has enough usable capacity at the end of a trip, and rewiring the leisure battery is a job most owners would rather skip. PL350 works alongside the existing system instead of replacing it: it charges from the vehicle's 12V socket at up to 8A while driving, tops up from a 240W solar panel when parked, and then hands out 350W of AC, a 12.8V 10A DC socket and 140W of USB-C power at the back of the van.

SOUOP PL350 288Wh van 12V system

How it fits into a vehicle electrical system

The 12V charging input accepts 12V to 15V at 8A, which matches a standard accessory socket and needs no DC-to-DC converter. On a four hour drive the unit recovers most of a full 288Wh capacity simply by being plugged in, and the socket can stay connected while the engine runs.

On the output side the unit offers what a camper actually plugs in: a 12.8V 10A DC socket for coolers, lights and pumps, 350W of AC for a small appliance or a laptop charger, two USB-C ports where one delivers 140W, and an 18W USB-A port for phones. Loads can run together as long as the total stays inside the 350W continuous rating and the 600W peak window.

At 4.15kg and 242 x 224 x 150mm the cabinet fits under a seat or inside a bench locker, and the LiFePO4 cells tolerate being stored in a vehicle through the temperature range the unit is rated for, from 0C to 40C while working and -20C to 60C when parked and idle.

PL350 ships in a colour box with foam inserts inside an export carton, carries a 3 year warranty, and can be branded for van conversion shops and outdoor retailers.

Factory and quality behind each PL350

PL350 is assembled at the SOUOP plant in Guangdong, where cell sorting, pack welding, BMS programming, inverter assembly and ageing tests are all handled on site rather than outsourced. The facility runs ISO 9001 quality management and BSCI social compliance audits and employs a dedicated reliability lab for drop, vibration and thermal cycling tests.

Every unit is cycled through charge, discharge, load and insulation checks before packing, and each pack carries a serial number tied to its cell batch, so a distributor can trace a warranty claim back to the production run. Certificates for CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and UN38.3 transport testing are held on file and can be supplied with each order.

For buyers who need their own version, the outlet block, enclosure colour, silkscreen, manual language and packaging artwork can all be changed, and the BMS parameters can be re-tuned for a specific market. Standard production runs take 10 to 20 working days after payment, with samples available before an order is placed.
