Cabin solar powered portable generator

Product Description

A cabin, a garden studio or a site office usually needs a modest amount of power at a predictable time of day, and that is the profile PL700 is sized for. Its 576Wh LiFePO4 bank takes a daytime charge from up to 240W of solar through a 12V to 35V MPPT input, then covers lighting, a router, a small fridge and device charging through the evening without a generator running outside.

SOUOP PL700 cabin off grid solar power 576Wh

Matching the battery to a nightly cycle

The arithmetic most owners care about is simple: a 40W lighting circuit, a 15W router and a 60W fridge drawing intermittently add up to roughly 100Wh to 150Wh over an evening, well inside what 576Wh of LiFePO4 capacity delivers with margin to spare for cloudy days. Because the pack is LiFePO4 rather than lead acid, it can sit partly discharged without the sulphation damage that shortens the life of a leisure battery.

Charging is arranged for sites where mains may not exist at all. The solar input accepts 12V to 35V at up to 12A and tracks the maximum power point between 15V and 35V, which suits a pair of 100W to 120W panels in series; a 400W AC input covers the weeks when the array cannot keep up, and a 12V vehicle input at 8A recharges the unit on the drive in.

On the output side the unit provides 700W of continuous AC with 1200W available briefly, so a small compressor or a pump starts without tripping the inverter. A 12.8V 10A DC socket feeds 12V lighting or a camera directly, two USB-C ports handle a laptop at up to 140W, and the cabinet measures 468 x 294 x 296mm at 6.3kg, small enough to live under a bench or on a shelf.

PL700 ships in a colour box with foam inserts inside an export carton, carries a 3 year warranty, and can be supplied with private label branding for off-grid and outdoor living retailers.

Factory and quality behind each PL700

The SOUOP factory in Guangdong builds the PL700 from the cell level up: cells are graded and grouped before welding, the BMS is programmed and tested against the pack, and the inverter board is assembled and run under load on the same site. Production follows ISO 9001 procedures under BSCI audited working conditions, with incoming inspection on cells, MOSFETs and connectors.

Each finished unit runs a charge and discharge cycle, a full-load burn-in and a hipot insulation test before it is boxed, and the serial number on the cabinet links back to its cell batch and test record. CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and UN38.3 documentation is kept on file, and copies travel with shipments for customs and marketplace compliance checks.

Buyers running their own brand can specify the outlet block, cabinet colour, logo, manual language and retail packaging, and can ask for BMS settings tuned to a particular market. Production runs take 10 to 20 working days after payment, and pre-production samples are available before a volume order is confirmed.
