Event work punishes equipment in a specific way: the load is small but constant, the location changes every week, and anything with an engine is either banned by the venue or too loud to use near a stage. PL700 is a rental fleet unit for that environment. It weighs 6.3kg, runs without noise or exhaust, delivers 700W of clean sine wave AC with 1200W of peak, and can be carried and set up by one crew member without a trolley.

What it is used for on site
Typical jobs are mixer desks and small PA systems, LED lighting bars, projector and laptop pairs, camera and monitor stations, and the card readers and tablets at a registration desk. These loads sit between 100W and 400W, so a single PL700 covers a position for a full session and a pair of units covers a small stage with redundancy built in.
The AV side benefits from the electrical behaviour more than the capacity. Output is a pure sine wave, so audio equipment runs without the hum that modified sine inverters introduce, and the bypass path switches in under 10 milliseconds when a unit is plugged into mains and the supply drops, which keeps a mixer or a playback machine from rebooting mid-set.
For a rental operation the practical details matter as much as the specification. There is no fuel to log, no servicing interval on an engine, and no exhaust clearance to negotiate with a venue; charging is 400W from a standard socket, so a unit is back to full in about an hour and a half between events, and a 240W solar input covers outdoor sites without power.
Fleet management is straightforward because the cabinet has a fixed 468 x 294 x 296mm footprint, stacks predictably in a van, and carries a 3 year warranty. Consumables are limited to the fans and the cells, and the LiFePO4 chemistry tolerates being stored part-charged between bookings, which is how rental stock actually lives.

PL700 is delivered in a colour box with foam inserts and an export carton, and can be supplied with fleet numbering, custom cabinet colour and branded packaging for rental businesses.
Factory and quality behind each PL700
The SOUOP factory in Guangdong builds the PL700 from the cell level up: cells are graded and grouped before welding, the BMS is programmed and tested against the pack, and the inverter board is assembled and run under load on the same site. Production follows ISO 9001 procedures under BSCI audited working conditions, with incoming inspection on cells, MOSFETs and connectors.
Each finished unit runs a charge and discharge cycle, a full-load burn-in and a hipot insulation test before it is boxed, and the serial number on the cabinet links back to its cell batch and test record. CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and UN38.3 documentation is kept on file, and copies travel with shipments for customs and marketplace compliance checks.
Buyers running their own brand can specify the outlet block, cabinet colour, logo, manual language and retail packaging, and can ask for BMS settings tuned to a particular market. Production runs take 10 to 20 working days after payment, and pre-production samples are available before a volume order is confirmed.
