Product Description

Response teams and shelter managers plan around the same question: how long can we keep communications, lighting and medical devices running if the grid stays down. PL700 answers it with 576Wh of LiFePO4 capacity in a 6.3kg cabinet that one person can carry into a building, a 700W inverter with 1200W of peak headroom, and three ways to recharge when the usual supply is gone.

SOUOP PL700 disaster response backup 576Wh

Designed for the first hours, and the days after

1. Communications stay up. Radios, satellite terminals and network gear draw little but cannot lose power; the unit runs them continuously and the under-10ms EPS transfer keeps them alive when it is wired into a live circuit.

2. Lighting for a room, not a corner. 700W covers LED work lights and area lighting for a temporary shelter or an improvised treatment space, with capacity left for charging handheld devices and radios overnight.

3. Refill from whatever is available. A 400W mains input restores the unit in about an hour and a half when power returns, a 12V vehicle input at 8A recharges on the move, and a 240W MPPT solar input keeps it topped up at a site with no grid at all.

Runtime planning

A realistic response load — two LED floodlights, a radio charger bank, a satellite terminal and a laptop — sits near 120W, which gives roughly four hours of continuous use from a full pack and considerably longer if lighting is cycled. Because the cabinet weighs 6.3kg and measures 468 x 294 x 296mm, spare units can be pre-positioned in vehicles and swapped in minutes rather than waiting for a generator to be fuelled and started.

PL700 ships in a colour box with foam inserts and an export carton, carries a 3 year warranty, and is available with agency or organisation branding for preparedness programmes.

Factory and quality behind each PL700

The SOUOP factory in Guangdong builds the PL700 from the cell level up: cells are graded and grouped before welding, the BMS is programmed and tested against the pack, and the inverter board is assembled and run under load on the same site. Production follows ISO 9001 procedures under BSCI audited working conditions, with incoming inspection on cells, MOSFETs and connectors.

Each finished unit runs a charge and discharge cycle, a full-load burn-in and a hipot insulation test before it is boxed, and the serial number on the cabinet links back to its cell batch and test record. CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and UN38.3 documentation is kept on file, and copies travel with shipments for customs and marketplace compliance checks.

Buyers running their own brand can specify the outlet block, cabinet colour, logo, manual language and retail packaging, and can ask for BMS settings tuned to a particular market. Production runs take 10 to 20 working days after payment, and pre-production samples are available before a volume order is confirmed.
