The SOUOP S2-R is the overland edition of the 2048Wh LiFePO4 platform, tuned for vehicles, trailers and remote worksites rather than fixed-wall backup. Instead of a heavy cabinet, the unit rides on 100mm all-terrain wheels with a foldable aluminium handle, so one person can move 22 kg across gravel, sand or a garage floor without lifting. The inverter delivers 2200W of clean pure sine power with a 4400W surge, quiet enough at low load to run through the night inside a camper shell. A dedicated high-current DC section feeds 12V compressor fridges, diesel heaters and LED light bars directly, while the 800W MPPT solar input keeps the pack topped up from roof panels during daylight driving. A single S2-BAT expansion pack doubles runtime to 4096Wh for extended trips off the grid.
Key Features- Silent fanless low-load operation: The thermal design keeps the unit under 35 decibels at loads below 600W, so campers and van lifers can sleep beside it while a fridge and heater cycle on and off.
- Dual high-current 12V outputs: Two regulated 30A DC circuits with Anderson connectors power compressor fridges, diesel air heaters and light bars without an external converter.
- All-terrain mobility: Wide 100mm wheels, a foldable handle and a reinforced base frame let a single operator roll the station from vehicle to campsite in one trip.
- Weather-resistant housing: The IP54 rated enclosure with sealed port covers resists dust, spray and sudden rain during outdoor work and beachside camping.
- 800W solar MPPT input: An 800W maximum power point tracking charger accepts 12 to 100V DC from folding panels or vehicle roof arrays and recovers a full day of fridge consumption in about four hours of sun.
- Smart APP with route logging: The SOUOP APP records charge and discharge history, sends low-battery alerts to the phone and supports over-the-air firmware updates for field units.

Van conversions, overland trailers, fishing boats, food trucks and remote construction crews are the natural home for the S2-R. In a camper build the station replaces a fixed lead-acid bank, running a 45-litre compressor fridge, a diesel heater, cabin lighting and laptop charging for two to three days on a single charge. Work crews use it to run impact drivers, floodlights and test equipment where no mains supply exists, and because the housing is IP54 rated it tolerates dusty sites and light rain. Marine users mount it below deck to power navigation electronics and bilge alarms, while event and film teams roll it to locations that generators cannot reach. Adding one expansion pack converts a weekend setup into a week-long off-grid base.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceThe station is packed in a reinforced five-layer carton with custom EPE foam cradles that fix the wheels and handle in transit, plus a desiccant sachet and a waterproof accessory pouch for the AC cable and Anderson leads. Export carton dimensions are 60 x 45 x 42 cm with a gross weight of 25 kg. Each unit completes a 24-hour ageing test, three full charge and discharge cycles, a high-voltage insulation test and a vibration simulation before shipment, and every batch is sampled for IP54 spray verification. Documentation covers UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS, FCC and IEC 62619 reports. Container buyers can order custom carton printing, market-specific plug types and a private label APP build; a two-year global warranty with a five-year battery capacity guarantee is included as standard.
