On a boat, the house bank is asked to do two jobs that conflict: run the electronics quietly at anchor, and start loads that pull hard for a second. PL700 takes the second job off the main bank. It carries 576Wh of LiFePO4 capacity in a 6.3kg cabinet, supplies 12V at 10A for instruments and lighting, and delivers 700W of AC with 1200W of peak headroom for a bilge pump, a small winch or a tool that would otherwise drag the house voltage down.

Why it works on the water
1. A 12V rail that instruments accept. The 12.8V 10A DC socket feeds chartplotters, VHF sets, navigation lights and 12V fans through a standard plug, without an inverter in the path and without the losses that come with one.
2. Peak current for pumps and winches. Bilge pumps, deck wash pumps and small winches draw a surge on start; the 1200W peak window covers it, while 700W continuous handles the steady load afterwards.
3. Charged from the engine or the sun. A 12V to 15V input at 8A tops the unit up on passage, and a 240W MPPT solar input on a 12V to 35V window keeps it full at anchor or on a mooring where shore power is not available.
4. Silent, and no fuel aboard. There is no petrol to store, no exhaust and no vibration, which matters on a small vessel where a generator would need venting, deck space and a fuel locker.
5. Light enough to move between boats. At 6.3kg and 468 x 294 x 296mm the cabinet can be lifted from a tender to a cabin, or from a dock trolley to a cockpit, by one person.

PL700 is packed in a colour box with foam inserts and an export carton, carries a 3 year warranty, and is offered to marine dealers and charter fleets with branding options.
Factory and quality behind each PL700
The SOUOP factory in Guangdong builds the PL700 from the cell level up: cells are graded and grouped before welding, the BMS is programmed and tested against the pack, and the inverter board is assembled and run under load on the same site. Production follows ISO 9001 procedures under BSCI audited working conditions, with incoming inspection on cells, MOSFETs and connectors.
Each finished unit runs a charge and discharge cycle, a full-load burn-in and a hipot insulation test before it is boxed, and the serial number on the cabinet links back to its cell batch and test record. CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and UN38.3 documentation is kept on file, and copies travel with shipments for customs and marketplace compliance checks.
Buyers running their own brand can specify the outlet block, cabinet colour, logo, manual language and retail packaging, and can ask for BMS settings tuned to a particular market. Production runs take 10 to 20 working days after payment, and pre-production samples are available before a volume order is confirmed.
